We are a project management consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria.

We have extensive experience of construction projects. The founder, Dave Morris, has spent twelve years in Nigeria working on projects for the oil and gas and construction sectors – as a technical manager, a project manager and a planner. Previously he worked in UK with a project management consultancy and before that served as a British Army officer.
