We'll track actual performance against planned progress (the baseline programme) to give you a clear indication of where progress is behind (or ahead of) schedule. This, when further analysed using critical path analysis will provide a clear indication of project completion - early, on time or late.

We'll work with you to identify KPIs and other indicators to be tracked and monitor them going forwards. We'll display the information in a visual (graphical) format. We can help you monitor the most informative and impactful KPIs, advise where to maximize your resources and provide advice to improve your company's performance at most affordable rates and flexible works hours. We'll work with you to identify areas for improvement.

We understand that the programme is a living document and will evolve during the project - as the project evolves and further and better details are made available.
