The Baseline Programme is an original approved programme that has received unanimous assent from project stakeholders before the project commences. It has a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and core relationships between scope (activities), costs and resources. This programme is used as a planning tool for measuring the progress of the project. Project progress can be used as a Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
We'll carefully develop for you a Baseline Programme, no matter how large or small the project. We can resource-load and cost-load (if the cost plan is made available to us) the programme. The programme will help you improve future estimates and plans. It should only be amended following the successful resolution of any claims, addition to or removal of scope; we'll therefore only amend it after your instruction to do so.
We believe that the success of any project relies heavily on cost accounting, transparent budget tracking, scope control, resource utilization and programme management. The programme will help you and your project manager to monitor the progress of the project.
